A tour of the workspace

The operating system for public affairs, briefing you daily

Real screens from Reggie — not marketing gloss. Scroll to see how a morning briefing turns into stakeholder moves, board packs and meetings that actually track.

01 · Your morning

Daily Intelligence Briefing

Overnight Reggie reads gov.uk, Parliament, regulators and trusted press. Then she scores what she finds against your policy positions, policy asks and company priorities — and only surfaces what actually changes your stance. Every claim is dated, sourced and cross-checked against the official record.

Ask Reggie

A chief-of-staff AI grounded in your workspace: your context, your saved policy positions and policy asks, today's briefing and a live roster of who currently holds which ministerial post. Threads persist and every claim is cited.

Stakeholders & Network

MPs, Lords, ministers and regulators refreshed daily from gov.uk and Parliament. When a reshuffle is reported, Reggie re-verifies the official record and updates the roster automatically. Add your own contacts to the Network and Reggie will suggest who to tap when a story lands.

Calendar & Team notes

One shared workspace calendar of consultations, hearings, stakeholder meetings and policy-ask deadlines, plus lightweight team notes — so a small public-affairs team stays lined up without another Slack thread.

How Reggie handles what you plug in

  • Read-only calendar scopes — Reggie can't create, edit or delete events.
  • Tokens encrypted at rest, kept server-side, never sent to your browser.
  • Only meetings with external attendees are projected into the workspace. Internal 1:1s stay private.
  • Disconnect at any time — cached events are purged and attendee names collapse to 'External'.
  • UK-based, GDPR-first. Your context, sources and notes are yours to export or delete.
